1. General Shipping Information
As an authorized distributor for The HydroJug, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services across the United States. All products we ship are 100% authentic, brand-new, and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale seasons may experience minor processing delays.
- We do not process or ship orders on non-business days.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping, local delivery, and PO box addresses are not available at this time.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after order processing.Ideal for all HydroJug products, including tumblers, replacement straws, lids, and accessories.Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.
5. Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over a designated threshold (please check our homepage for current promotions).
- A flat standard shipping rate applies to orders below the threshold.
- Additional handling fees may apply to oversized or bulky items.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status online in real time until your package arrives.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages
- If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue for assistance.
- For lost or missing packages, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to launch an investigation and provide a reasonable resolution for eligible orders.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Unshipped orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, no changes to address, items, or cancellations can be made.
9. Brand Authorization
As an authorized dealer for The HydroJug, we only distribute official genuine products. All shipped items meet brand quality standards and official retail specifications.
